On 3 November 2010 the Project organized the Open Workshop No 4 being the first one in a new series of Open Workshops dealing with legal issues of Ukrainian energy sector, energy sector reform, as well as policy and relevant legislation.
The Open Workshop No 4 focused on four main areas:
• Goals for any energy sector reform;
• Legislation that drives energy sector reform in the EU;
• Typical areas of national energy law and
• Assessment of the situation in Ukraine.
The participants of the event took active part in discussions on the mentioned above issues covered in the presentation ‘Adjustments to Energy Legislation. An Assessment of Energy Law Reform Needs in Ukraine’, which is now available for download.
