• Review and analysis of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2030 for its compliance with the EU energy policy objectives and key elements of the EU norms related to energy. Development of practical recommendations on its possible improvement;

• Recommendations on demand driven basis related to the development of sectoral sub- programmes in the framework Energy Strategy until 2030;

• Assistance, on a demand-driven basis, to carry out studies related to fulfilment of indicators for the budget support programme;

• Development of recommendations related to necessary improvements in legislation relevant to the implementation of the indicators for the budget support programme in line with EU energy acquis, including drafting and translation of such legislation if necessary;

• Organisation of trainings, workshops, study tours relevant to assist the Ministry in implementation of the indicators for the budget support programme.
